December 26, 2009 From : David & Mary L., Baltimore, Maryland ".......let you know how much we enjoyed using our new SUNROOM from Roland Companies. I was afraid with all the windows it would be much cooler than the rest of the house but that was not at all the case. Our family spent almost their entire visit in the sunroom....the Christmas tree lights were so beautful through the windows. We are hosting our neighbors for New Years and I am sure our time spent will be in the sunroom once again rather than in our basement. We appreciate your whole team and will definitely recommend Better Living Sunrooms of Maryland to our friends......
Having a sunroom is like extending your living room to the outdoors. Usually glass and screens, it's installed on a wood or concrete foundation - and often referred to as a patio room, solarium, patio enclosure or Florida Room.
While walls of glass invite sunlight, they also protect you from wind, bugs, rain, and chill.
Walls of single or double pane glass bring in sunlight, and protect you from wind, bugs, rain, and chill. Composed primarily of single or double pane glass, sunrooms should be designed to fit the style and look of your home, adding to your resale value and year-round comfort.
Sunroom additions have long been a popular means of home improvement. An affordable way of adding space to your home, sunrooms let you enjoy the outdoors in comfort. While many only use the sunroom for 3-season use, depending on the style you choose, you can extend this to year round room, further increasing your enjoyment.
